At AARNI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
